Gary Silverston Homes was established in 1986 and has had the unique opportunity to build well over 60 Custom Homes in West Los Angeles for private clients.

Building a home from ground up or as a major remodel is no small task for a family or individual to undertake. It is Silverston's approach to this complex task that sets him apart.

"My philosphy is to move slowly in the initial phase, to get to know my clients. We painstakingly review the plans and fill in the gaps and ask the right questions"

This approach results in a bidding document that greatly enhances the architectural plans, by providing a more detailed scope of work in which the clients have actively participated.
