For the last 15 years, Gary has also educated himself extensively on water, solar, electric and gas appliance technology and efficiency. His homes feature minimal-use energy and depending on the interest and budget of the home-owner in passive or active minimal energy systems, he can build LEED-certification in various levels into each project. He is deeply committed to a Green Building philosophy, with a minimal footprint on the land.
